AI implementation.

You know AI could save hours. Nobody has set it up properly.

Most businesses try ChatGPT, get something bland back, and give up. The fix is context and plumbing: teach the AI who you are once, then wire it into the jobs that eat your week.

01

It writes beige

Generic copy that could be anyone’s, because it doesn’t know your business.

02

Everyone uses it differently

One person loves it, one won’t touch it, nobody shares what works.

03

The boring jobs are still manual

Copying enquiries into the CRM, writing the same replies, summarising calls by hand.

What you can ask for

The ai implementation menu.

Each of these is one request. Add it to the board, rank it, and I'll do it when it reaches the top.

All included on Growth Desk and Partner. Foundations covers quick and standard jobs; big builds are quoted separately.

What done looks like

When it's working.

  • A Source of Truth your AI reads first
  • Two or three jobs automated
  • Simple written instructions for your team
  • You finish every output, AI does the first 80%

How to use AI for marketing

Questions
Which AI tools do you use?

Mostly Claude and ChatGPT, plus automation tools to connect them to your email and CRM. I’ll use what fits your setup and budget.

Is my data safe?

We agree what goes into AI tools before anything is connected, and I’ll use business plans that don’t train on your data where it matters.

Will AI replace my team?

No. It takes the first draft and the copying-and-pasting off their plate. People still check and finish the work.

Want ai implementation sorted this month.

I'll search you the way your buyers do and tell you what I find. If I can help, I'll say which plan and why. If I can't, I'll say that too.
