How working with me actually works.
It's simple on purpose. You keep a ranked list of what you want doing. I work down it, one thing at a time, and show you each piece as it's finished.

From first call to first request.
Most clients go from the free look to their first finished request inside a fortnight.
- 1
Free 15-minute look
I search you the way your buyers do before we speak. On the call I show you what I found and we work out whether I can help.
- 2
Pick a plan and sign one page
The agreement covers scope, data, ownership and notice. Monthly, no long contract.

Board set up, first request in
I set up a shared Trello board in week one. Your first request goes in straight away, usually something quick and visible.
What one request looks like.
- 01You add a card. A line or two is enough: “Landing page for the spring offer. Here’s the offer and two examples I like.”
- 02You drag it to the top. The top card is what I work on next.
- 03I ask what I need. Usually one message, so I don’t guess.
- 04You get a first draft. Quick jobs in one to two working days. Bigger ones get a date before they start.
- 05You review, I revise. Until it’s right, within what the card asked for.
- 06It goes live and moves to done. Then I start the next card.
Six rules that keep it simple.
- 01
You set the order
Add requests to our shared Trello board and rank them. I take the top one, finish it, then start the next.
- 02
Fast first drafts
Most quick jobs come back in one to two working days. Big builds get a date before they start.
- 03
Revisions until it’s right
Changes are included until you’re happy, within what the request covered.
- 04
Messages over meetings
Message me for quick questions. A call counts as a one-day request, so meetings never block the work.
- 05
One month at a time
A one-page agreement covers scope, data and ownership. Pause or cancel before your next billing date.
- 06
You own it
Every page, email, workflow and file I make is yours, including if you leave.
Plan, build, then bring the traffic.
Pushing traffic at a leaky site wastes it, so the foundations come first.
- 1Weeks 1–4
The plan
Tracking in place, quick wins fixed, and a written plan for who we’re reaching and how.
- 2Months 2–3
The build
Website, funnel, follow-up emails and CRM set up properly before we push traffic at them.
- 3Month 3 on
The traffic
Search, AI answers and content. We get one channel working, then add the next.
What I won't promise
Rankings, mentions in AI answers or a number of leads. Results depend on your offer and your follow-up too. I'll report what's moving every week and tell you what I'd change.
Not on the menu
- Running paid ads
- Making cold calls for you
- PR
The practical bits.
What counts as one request?
One item from the menu. If something is bigger than its menu line, I’ll tell you before I start and we can split it.
What if I need two things at once?
Either put them in order, or move to Partner, which runs two requests at a time.
How do I pause?
Tell me before your next billing date. Your board and files stay where they are, ready for when you come back.
What happens to my files if I leave?
They’re yours. Websites, emails, workflows and documents stay in your accounts. I hand over anything that lives in mine.
Will you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. The one-page agreement includes data processing terms, and I’ll sign your NDA if you have one.
Do you need my passwords?
No. Invite me as a user on each tool. I never ask for your password, and you can remove me at any time.
Ready to send your first request.
I'll search you the way your buyers do and tell you what I find. If I can help, I'll say which plan and why. If I can't, I'll say that too.
