Where this comes from.

I started on the phones in 2014 and spent the next twelve years selling: telesales, B2B accounts, inbound and outbound. I was a top-three seller on a team of 18, and in 2024 I managed a team of more than 20 agents. Since 2023 I’ve been building the marketing too: websites, funnels, and the CRMs behind them.

I know what happens after a lead comes in, because I was usually the one picking up the phone. Everything I build is judged by whether it turns into a conversation with a buyer.

My 2026 study of Suffolk businesses found 77% were never named when ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI were asked for local recommendations. The firms that were named had clear service pages and consistent listings.
