Sales training for small B2B teams, from 12 years on the phones.

B2B sales training for founders who sell and teams of one to ten. I spent 12 years in sales and ran a team of more than 20. I write your scripts and playbook, train your team on them over Google Meet, then coach them on real calls until it sticks. From £995 a month.

Free, 15 minutes, no pitch. I’ll search your business before we speak.

Sound familiar?

Signs your team needs sales training.

You get the meetings. Then you lose them on the call or in follow-up. This is where I’m different from most marketers. I spent twelve years selling, much of it on the phone, and managed a sales floor of more than 20 agents. I’ll give your team the words, the steps and the follow-up that turn interest into booked work.

01

Every call goes differently.

No shared opener, no agreed questions, so results depend on who picks up.

02

The same objections win.

“Send me an email.” “We’ve already got someone.” “Not right now.” Your team hasn’t got good answers.

03

Follow-up depends on memory.

Prospects who said “not now” never hear from you again.

What done looks like

What good sales training changes.

These are the four things I build towards and check every month. If one of them isn't true yet, that's where the next request goes, so you always know what has changed and why.

  • 01One way of opening a call
  • 02Answers to the objections you actually hear
  • 03Follow-up that runs on a schedule
  • 04A playbook a new starter can learn from
How it works

How my sales training works.

Six steps from first call to a team that sells the same way. I listen before I write anything, because the best answers are usually already on your calls.

  1. A 15-minute call

You tell me how your team sells now. I tell you whether training is the right fix.

  2. Listen first

I listen to recorded calls and read your follow-up emails to see where deals stall.

  3. Write the playbook

Openers, questions, objection answers and next steps, in your team’s words.

  4. Train the team

Short sessions on Google Meet, one skill at a time.

  5. Coach on real calls

I review new recordings and send each person notes and one thing to change.

  6. Review each month

What’s working stays in the playbook; what isn’t gets rewritten.

The difference

Sales training, coaching or enablement: what’s the difference?

Sales training teaches the skills, sales coaching improves them over time, and sales enablement gives your team the scripts, playbooks and follow-up to use every day. Small teams usually need all three together, which is what this service covers.

Playbook
How your team handles a sale from first call to close: the questions, the answers and the next step.
Scripts
Openers, voicemails and talk tracks that sound like your team, not a template.
Objections
Written answers to the reasons buyers give for not going ahead, tested on real calls.
Follow-up
The emails, calls and timing after “not now”, so warm leads don’t go cold.
Your options

A sales trainer, a training company or an online course?

All three can teach selling. The difference is how much of it is built around your calls, your buyers and your team.

Proof

The sales experience behind the training.

I started on the phones in 2014 and spent the next twelve years selling: telesales, B2B accounts, inbound and outbound. I was a top-three seller on a team of 18, and in 2024 I managed a team of more than 20 agents. Since 2023 I’ve been building the marketing too: websites, funnels, and the CRMs behind them.

I know what happens after a lead comes in, because I was usually the one picking up the phone. Everything I build is judged by whether it turns into a conversation with a buyer.

I spent twelve years in sales, starting on the phones in 2014. At one lead-generation firm I was in the top three of 18 agents, at 3.2 sales an hour against a target of 2.0. I’ve booked more than 200 appointments, nine of them in one day, and in 2024 I managed a team of more than 20 agents. These are my own records.

What that means for you.

  • Marketing built around the sales. Pages, funnels, and follow-up are shaped by how buyers actually decide, and by what makes them pick up the phone.
  • Help for whoever does the selling. Scripts, playbooks and objection handling from someone who’s used them on a live sales floor.
  • One person, start to finish. The person you speak to is the person who does the work. There’s no account manager in between.
  • Straight answers. Every update shows what moved and what didn’t. If something isn’t working, I’ll tell you and change it.

Straight answer

What sales training won’t fix.

Training can’t save a weak offer or a list of the wrong people. If buyers don’t want what you sell, better scripts only lose them faster. And I don’t make calls for you: your team does the selling, and I make them better at it.

What’s the difference between sales training and sales coaching?

Sales training teaches a skill, usually in a session. Sales coaching improves it over weeks, by listening to real calls and giving each person one thing to change. Most small teams need both, and that’s how I run it.

Is online sales training as good as in person?

For small teams, yes, if it’s built around your own calls. Short sessions on Google Meet fit around the working day, and recorded calls make the coaching specific. In-person sessions in Suffolk and nearby are possible on the Partner plan.

Do you train sales managers?

Yes. Often the founder or team lead is the one who has to coach everyone else, so I show them how to review a call, give one clear note and keep the playbook up to date.

A sales training company, or one trainer?

A sales training company suits a large team that wants a set course and a workshop for 20. For a team of one to ten, one trainer who builds the scripts from your own calls and coaches afterwards usually gets further, for less.

Will you make the calls for us?

No. I don’t make cold calls for clients. I’ll train your team, write the scripts and build the follow-up so their calls go further.

Is cold calling still legal in the UK?

Yes, with rules: screen against TPS and CTPS, show your number, say who you are. My cold calling article covers the details.
